- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (it's under the ‘Me’ tab) at the outlet.
- Please present your booking confirmation and quote ‘FAVE’ when redeeming your voucher.
- Rescheduling must be made at least 1 day before original booking, or vouchers will be forfeited.
